Our Story
Kamat Realty, is a partnership firm registered in Panjim, Goa with Mr. Ramesh A. Kamat as Senior Partner and Mr. Rohan R. Kamat as its Managing Partner. With operations having commenced in 2016, the firm has successfully delivered various projects across the state.
Kamat Realty is the sister concern of Kamat Construction Pvt. Ltd., the parent company of the Kamat group of companies which have been pioneers in the Goan real estate sector, and have been at the forefront of innovation for decades. The group has been in the construction and hospitality industry for over 45 years and has over 60 construction projects, which are a mix of residential and commercial projects. Considered a pioneer of the “Ownership Apartments” concept in Goa since the early 1970’s, the Kamat group also has a presence in the hospitality sector.

Mr. Ramesh A. Kamat
Mr. Ramesh Anant Kamat, a Graduate in Engineering, is a veteran in the construction industry, with more than 45 years of experience in real estate. He is the Director of Kamat Construction Pvt. Ltd. as well as other Group companies, namely, Kamat Real Estate Developers, Kamat Housing & Development and Kamat Construction & Resorts Pvt. Ltd., DRK Ventures LLP among others. The group companies have successfully delivered more than 60 projects and are holding companies of Vivanta by Taj, Panaji and Vivanta by Taj, Miramar.

Mr. Rohan R. Kamat
Mr. Rohan Ramesh Kamat is a Graduate in Engineering and holds a Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) from Goa Institute of Management. Mr. Rohan R. Kamat has gained industry experience through stints at construction sites operating under Kamat Construction Pvt. Ltd. and Group companies, since 2012. Having worked in different departments of the Parent company, he has gained an in-depth knowledge of the sector. Mr. Rohan Kamat was also involved in the execution of Vivanta by Taj, Miramar.
